    Family Friday is our monthly kid-friendly Kabbalat Shabbat service and family dinner. Welcome Shabbat with unique themed dinners and after-dinner activities, dancing and songs. Join us on the second Friday of each month.

    Dr. Don Weinshank, Professor Emeritus, Computer Science & Engineering at Michigan State University is the speaker for this stimulating program. He will focus on the Intelligent Design controversy, exploring the implications for Judaism and Jewish education. As a member of the Board of Michigan Citizens for Science, he has debated Creationists and worked to keep Intelligent Design out of Michigan classrooms. He views the issue as being directly threatening to Jewish students and halakhah.
